Operations Manager

Lead Meraki's daily operations so every deployment is safe, timely and supported, even when plans change quickly.

Your responsibilities

Coordinate daily worker deployments, replacements and schedule changes.

Maintain accurate schedules, attendance records and deployment coverage.

Lead responses to emergencies, missed shifts and safeguarding incidents.

Monitor operational KPIs and prepare clear weekly reports.

Supervise department heads and follow through on agreed actions.

Confirm that only verified, trained and approved workers are deployed.

Improve operating procedures as the team and client base grow.

Document complaints, incidents, decisions and escalations accurately.

Who can apply

A recognised certificate, diploma, degree or higher qualification.

Experience coordinating people, schedules, logistics, projects or service operations is preferred.

Supervisory or team-leadership experience is an advantage.

Confidence using digital records, spreadsheets and reporting tools.

Primarily based in Gayaza, with travel across Central Uganda when operations require it. Full-time, with occasional after-hours coordination when an urgent problem arises. Compensation, final terms and the agreed start date are shared with shortlisted candidates before an offer.
